Incredimail Emoticons Email Animations… How Do I Get Rid Of It? Is It In The Add-remove Programs?

My sister has Incredimail Emoticons Animations on her Email. How does she remove them from her computer? She has Windows 98 and I think she can add and remove programs. Can she remove the program by looking for that program and removing it. And if so, do you know what the program is called????
