Spam WhiteList Request
Please provide all of the information so that we may Whitelist a domain being improperly filtered as spam. Please note that if the only filter which improperly identified the email as spam is SpamAssassin, you will need to whitelist the sender in the SpamAssassin controls in your control panel email settings. Also if SpamAssassin identified the email as spam in addition to the server level filters identifying it as spam, you need to add the domain to your SpamAssassin whitelist.
So if you see the following in the header of the message:
X-Spam-Status: Yes
You will need to add the domain to your SpamAssassin whitelist. When you do so, you can either use the exact email address like someuser@somedomain.com or use a wildcard to whitelist all users at a domain with *@somedomain.com
